Due to upcoming policy changes with Microsoft, users will experience a minor change to the logon process.
When users logon to any M365 resources from a web browser OR application that uses modern authentication, they will be prompted with the following screen.
Users will need to click the "Approve with Duo Mobile" option which will then allow them to complete the Duo MFA challenge whichever method they use.
Note: Some users will see their company logo instead of the Microsoft logo.
